HOUSTON — The Nationals announced the signings of four international free agents on Monday afternoon, bringing right-handed pitcher Ramses Rosario and outfielders Aldrem Corredor, Darryl Florentino and Luis Guizman into the organization.

According to the Nationals, Rosario, Corredor and Florentino are all 16 years old. The team did not list an age for Guzman.

From the Nationals, Rosario is a Venezuelan right-hander who’s 6-foot-3 and weighs 175 pounds with three pitches and “advanced pitching instincts.”

Corredor, a Venezuela native who is 6-foot-1 and weighs 170 pounds, is a left-handed power hitter who can play both corner outfield positions.

Florentino is from the Dominican Republic and stands at 6-foot-2, 180 pounds. Florentino is said to be “an exceptional defender with a strong throwing arm, above-average speed and an athletic frame.”

Finally, Guzman, also from the Dominican Republic, is called a “prototypical leadoff hitter” with a “powerful bat who projects as a superior defensive outfielder.” He is 6-foot-1, 183 pounds.
