WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (AP) - Emirates Airlines is the new title sponsor of the US Open Series of summer hard-court tennis tournaments under a seven-year agreement.
The U.S. Tennis Association also announced Thursday that Emirates Airlines will be the “official airline” of the U.S. Open.
The deal gives the USTA a US Open Series sponsor to replace camera company Olympus, which had been a partner since 2003. That sponsorship ended following a lawsuit settlement a year ago.
