LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Obama’s counterproductive plan

President Obama is bragging that his plan has worked. Our unemployment is near record levels, our national debt is at record levels, the number of people on welfare, food stamps and Social Security disability are at record levels. Mr. Obama’s spending and deficits are at records levels and he has produced no budget that has even come close to being approved by his own party. The financial rating of U.S. credit has been downgraded for the first time in history. Our economy’s growth is the lowest of any recovery in the past 50 years.

Mr. Obama has begun the deconstruction of our military, he has shut down or hindered much of our energy exploration and production efforts, he has taken over the health care industry and is responsible for a medical cost curve that will bankrupt Medicare.

The question we must ask ourselves is: What is Mr. Obama’s plan?
