Brett M. Decker, Editorial Page Editor, previously was an editorial page writer and editor for the Wall Street Journal in Hong Kong, Senior Vice President of the Export-Import Bank, Senior Vice President of Pentagon Federal Credit Union, speechwriter to then-House Majority Whip (later Majority Leader) Tom DeLay and reporter and television producer for the legendary Robert D. Novak. A former Governor of the Hong Kong Foreign Correspondents' Club, an adjunct professor of government at Johns Hopkins University and a media fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution, he holds master's degrees in national security and strategic studies from the U.S. Naval War College and in government from Johns Hopkins and is a graduate of Albion College. His first book, "Global Filipino," was published in 2008; his second book, "Bowing to Beijing," was published by Regnery in 2011.

David Mastio, Deputy Editorial Page Editor, was an editorial writer and op-ed editor for USA Today, Washington correspondent for The Detroit News, editorial writer for The Virginian-Pilot, founding Editorial Page Editor of The Washington Examiner and speechwriter for World Bank President Robert Zoellick when he was the United States Trade Representative under President George W. Bush.

Richard Diamond, Senior Editor for Opinion, previously served as Senior Vice President at the Export-Import Bank of the United States, spokesman to Federal Communications Commission Chairman Michael K. Powell and spokesman to House Majority Leader Richard K. Armey and for the House Select Committee on Homeland Security.

Anneke E. Green, Assistant Editorial Page Editor, was previously a books editor for Regnery Publishing and served in the White House speechwriting office of President George W. Bush, as a leadership staff member to then-Senate Majority Whip Mitch McConnell, and a stint as a policy advisor and press liaison at the Administration for Children and Families at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Emily Miller, Senior Editor for Opinion, was deputy press secretary for Secretaries of State Colin L. Powell and Condoleezza Rice. Her political experience also includes working on Capitol Hill as a press secretary and as the communications director to then-House Majority Whip Tom DeLay. Miller's journalism experience ranges from being a columnist at AOL's Politics Daily to associate producer at ABC News. She started her career as a desk assistant at NBC News. 

Frank Perley, Senior Editor for Opinion, began his journalism career when he joined The Washington Times at its inception in 1982 and has worked as a reporter, corporate executive and editor.

James S. Robbins, PhD, Senior Editorial Writer for Foreign Affairs, was formerly professor of international relations at the National Defense University, associate professor of international relations at the U.S. Marine Corps Command and Staff College and special assistant in the Office of the Secretary of Defense under Donald Rumsfeld. Dr. Robbins is author of the recently released "This Time We Win: Revisiting the Tet Offensive" (Encounter Books) and of "Last in Their Class: Custer, Pickett and the Goats of West Point."

Kerry Picket, Opinion Blogger/Editor of The Watercooler, was formerly associate producer for the Media Research Center, a content producer for Robin Quivers of "The Howard Stern Show" on Sirius satellite radio and a production assistant and copy writer at MTV.

Nita Ghei, Contributing Writer for Economics and Business, is editorial director of the Cato Institute. A former editor/reporter for the Economic Times, she has a law degree and a PhD in economics.

Abigail Wagner, Assistant to the Editorial Page Editor, previously worked with Young America's Foundation and The Pennsylvania Center for the Book, a project of the Library of Congress.
