Connie Lamm wore her Indianapolis Colts snowman earrings to work Tuesday morning because it's wintertime and those are her winter earrings. Before she started her waitress shift at Cafe Zuppa about a mile north of Lucas Oil Stadium — her Mecca — she proudly showed them off: a foggy, glass snowman sitting atop a brown football with the Colts' blue horseshoe logo emblazoned on the ball.

Imagine this: Peyton Manning coming out of the tunnel at FedEx Field this September, poised to lead the Washington Redskins. Does that sound too good to be true? It might be, but that won't stop downtrodden Redskins fans from dreaming.
According to Colts owner Jim Irsay, Peyton Manning will decide whether he plays another game for Indianapolis.

Picture Peyton Manning in a Washington Redskins uniform. Just entertain the possibility, even though there's no telling if it'll ever happen. Would he have to slip Terrence Austin a few bucks to gain proprietary rights to the number 18? So many thoughts rush through your head.
"We can make it work if he wants to be here," Irsay told the newspaper.
"Peyton Manning, Jim Irsay and the entire Colts family remain close and unified as we continue to work through all the options that relate to his future with the Colts," Irsay said in a statement that included a color photo from his private party Thursday night.
